This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by the Realty Portal and describes:

1. The types of information Ontario Power Generation ("OPG", "we" or "our") may collect from Realty Portal users ("you" or "your") or that you may provide when you use the Realty Portal.
2. How we collect, use, disclose, and protect the information provided by you.

Information we collect about you

Through the Realty Portal, we collect and use several types of information from and about you, including:

• Personal information, that we can reasonably use to directly or indirectly identify you, such as your name, birthdate, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and username or other similar identifier ("Personal Information").
• Technical information, including your login information, usage details, errors, and browser type and version.
• Other information, including your courses, qualifications, licences, approvals, and certificates.

How we collect information about you

We use different methods to collect your information, including through direct interactions with you when you provide it to us, for example, by filling in forms or corresponding with us by phone, e-mail, or otherwise. This includes information provided at the time of registration to use the Realty Portal.

How we use your information

• To present the Realty Portal and its contents to you.
• To facilitate the waterfront licensing process.

• To allow you to participate in Interactive Features, as defined in the Terms and Conditions of the Realty Portal.

We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as set out in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:

• To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
• For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information.

• To enforce or apply the Terms and Conditions of the Realty Portal.

Security

When you submit sensitive information via the Realty Portal, we take precautions to protect your information both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information, it is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to address your inquiry are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

We employ all reasonable industry standard measures to protect against the unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the information we collect and our levels of safeguards correspond to the level of sensitivity of the information. While we are committed to ensuring the security of the information, no protection measure can provide a 100% guarantee of security. Consequently, we cannot warrant or guarantee the security of the information.

To withdraw your consent, if applicable, contact your OPG Contact. Please note that if you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide you with a particular product or service. We will explain the impact to you at the time to help you with your decision.

Changes to our privacy policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the Realty Portal home page.

We include the date the privacy policy was last revised at the top of the page . You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable e-mail address for you, and for periodically visiting the Realty Portal and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
